Confessions of a failed sports card collector
Confessions of a failed sports card collector
This is my confessional. A space where I open up about the financial struggles and emotional roller-coaster I faced during my time as a card collector. Most of the cards I bought were to avoid or fill some unmet need. Others were for the rush of the chase.
This is a space where, I display my collection, not to sell or expand it, but to reflect. From the most worthless card to my favorite digital pull to my elusive Holy Grail, they’re all here. A visual history of highs, lows, and lessons learned.
In the end, what started as love turned into addiction. My finances suffered, and the return was minimal, if any. So now I’m building something new, a community for those who want to break free from the grip of cardboard.
Welcome to my Cardboard Confessional.
